At Fund Bridge Pro, we are committed to delivering genuine value through our loan consultancy, credit advisory, and financial planning services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested and processed. We encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before engaging our paid services.
Please note that initial consultations provided by Fund Bridge Pro are completely free of charge and are therefore not subject to any refund or cancellation provisions.

As these are professional advisory services that require significant time, expertise, and resources to deliver, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The following Fund Bridge Pro services are provided at no charge and therefore no refund provisions apply:
4.1 Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If a client cancels a paid engagement with Fund Bridge Pro before any substantive work has commenced (i.e., within 48 hours of fee payment and before advisor assignment or document review has begun), a full refund of the paid fee will be processed within 7â10 business days.
4.2 Cancellation After Service Commencement (Within 7 Days)
If a client requests cancellation after work has commenced but within 7 days of the service start date, Fund Bridge Pro will assess the proportion of work completed and issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service, less a non-refundable processing fee of âš999 or 15% of the total fee (whichever is lower).
4.3 Cancellation After 7 Days
No refund will be issued for cancellations requested more than 7 days after the service commencement date, as substantial advisory work, lender consultation, documentation preparation, and credit analysis will have been performed on the client's behalf.
4.4 Credit Score Improvement Programs
Credit rehabilitation programs at Fund Bridge Pro run over 90â180 days. Refund eligibility for these programs:

Fund Bridge Pro will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and communicate the refund decision within 7 business days of receiving the complete request.
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be credited to the same payment instrument used for the original transaction, wherever technically feasible.
If you are dissatisfied with Fund Bridge Pro's refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing our Grievance Officer at grievance@fundbridgepro.shop. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly within 14 business days of escalation.
Fund Bridge Pro reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised date. It is the client's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
